This is a quick write-up to introduce what I'm doing here. Song is an informal publication - a place for me to keep track of my interests and to invest more into them. Current technology makes it possible to use all sorts of media to make description direct and colorful - all while being "free," if you have a web connection. I believe in this free access and sharing and I believe that the only precondition should be enough interest to engage with what's offered.
At the same time, we are not just what we do and what we meet, we are also who we meet, and I wanted to be able to have a look into all sorts of different lives [I’m not able to live them, after all.]. So there will also be guests/guest entries.
This work and interest exists whether it’s shared or not but I am making it public for the same reason the rest of the website and some of my work is public - to offer a kind of image of myself with the chance that others may get something from it. Here's to it being plain-spoken, diverse, well-rounded, interesting, and, as honest as I can manage.
It will include the following:
[p] Personal - Thoughts and material unpublished on the website's main page
[g] Guests - Interviews, guest contributors and profiles of people I encounter
[m] Media - Music, videos, and others
[w] Web Updates - Updates to the main site
